The Church has been currently celebrating a Year of Faith, coinciding with the golden jubilee of the Second Vatican Council and the twentieth anniversary of the promulgation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.1 These milestones invite us to integrate ever more strongly into our lives the teachings of a Council that our soon-to-be-saint John Paul II called “the greatest grace of the twentieth century”.
